Operation Workflow
Equipment Setup & Material Loading
Position the spray machine at the construction site. The wheeled portable design allows flexible movement. Load PU raw materials into the 30L+30L dual tanks.
Power Connection & Parameter Setting
Connect to 230V 50/60Hz power supply. Set the spraying parameters according to the waterproofing requirements and surface conditions.
Pneumatic Drive Activation & Spraying
Activate the pneumatic drive system. The machine delivers a maximum flow of 4kg/min with standard pressure of 100bar or high pressure up to 200bar. The 3.6kW heater ensures proper material temperature.
One-Piece Seamless Spraying Construction
Perform integral seamless spraying on roofs, basements, or other waterproofing surfaces. The sealing and anti-seepage effect ensures stable waterproof performance with reduced leakage risk.
