Specially designed for the production of precision seals for hydraulic systems, widely suitable for the casting of high-precision seals such as construction machinery, hydraulic equipment and oil seals.
This PU casting machine is purpose-built for the precision production of hydraulic system seals. The 1A1B independent temperature control two-component system supports flexible switching between MOCA and BDO dual chain extenders, balancing sealing accuracy with oil and hydrolysis resistance. The BDO hydrolysis-resistant formula is compatible with various water-based and oil-based hydraulic media. Dynamic full-range ultra-high precision metering ensures uniform seal size and effectively improves sealing reliability. The small-flow capability (20–500 g/s) is precisely tailored for small sealing molds, with high raw material utilization and reduced production loss. With 1A1B independent temperature control design and simple operation, the machine is ideally suited for small-batch, multi-specification precision seal production, meeting the core production requirements of high precision, high wear resistance and anti-leakage for hydraulic seals. Vacuum defoaming (≤-0.095MPa) ensures dense, pore-free products with consistent mechanical properties.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio (MOCA: 100:8~13; BDO: 100:3~5). Select the appropriate formula based on the hydraulic media compatibility requirements (oil-based or water-based).
Tank Loading & Independent Temperature Setting
Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system allows precise setting: Tank A at 30–80°C, Tank B according to selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).
Vacuum Defoaming
Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles to ensure dense, pore-free seals with consistent sealing performance.
Precision Metering, Mixing & Small-Flow Casting
The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 8000–12000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The small-flow pouring rate (20–500 g/s) is precisely tailored for small sealing molds, ensuring high raw material utilization and reduced production loss.
