About Haifeng
Zhejiang Haifeng Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., operating globally as Haifeng Polyurethane Machinery, is a polyurethane equipment manufacturer and turnkey production-line supplier based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Our technical roots date back to Wenzhou Dongfeng Plastic Machinery Factory, founded in 1986. Haifeng began specializing in polyurethane processing equipment in 1995, and the current corporate entity was established in 2001. This engineering heritage supports our long-term mission: making polyurethane production more measurable, controllable, and repeatable.
Haifeng designs and manufactures low-pressure polyurethane dispensing machines, high-pressure foaming machines, polyurethane elastomer casting machines, spraying systems, supercritical foaming equipment, continuous foam lines, sandwich panel lines, and customized polyurethane automation systems. Our solutions serve automotive, footwear, synthetic leather, furniture, tires, railway infrastructure, thermal insulation, industrial elastomers, and composite manufacturing.
Each project is engineered around the customer’s raw materials, viscosity, mixing ratio, output range, temperature requirements, production cycle, product structure, and automation objectives. Our services cover process consultation, equipment engineering, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, operator training, and lifecycle technical support.
Haifeng operates a 15,076 m² manufacturing base and works with three allied manufacturing bases. Our broader engineering and service network comprises approximately 120 people, including more than 50 technical professionals. These figures include personnel at our technical service locations as well as external specialists in polyurethane equipment, processing technologies, and industrial applications.
With equipment and engineering experience serving more than 1,200 customers worldwide, Haifeng provides standalone polyurethane machines, customized production cells, and complete turnkey production lines.

First Spraying Machine
Founder Mr. Yuanhai Dai's journey. Wenzhou Metrology Pump Factory (under the Second Light Industry Bureau). China's first polyurethane rigid foam spraying machine (for Chairman Mao Memorial Altar).
Founding of Plastic Machinery Factory
Established Dongfeng Plastic Machinery Factory.
Continuous Foaming & Sole Machine
Developed and manufactured China's first continuous polyurethane foaming machine and polyurethane sole molding machine.
Market Sensation
The polyurethane sole molding machine caused a sensation in the Jinjiang market, Fujian.
Ruian Innovation

Inverter Control & Haifeng Founded
China's first polyurethane foaming machine jointly controlled by a frequency inverter and a microcontroller was successfully developed. Established Wenzhou Haifeng Polyurethane Complete Equipment Co., Ltd.
Needle‑valve Head & High‑speed Injection
Developed the first‑generation needle‑valve polyurethane pouring head, and obtained its patent in 1997. Developed a high‑speed polyurethane injection molding machine.
CNC & ISO
Established an in‑house self‑developed CNC machining center and implemented the ISO 9001 quality system.
Second‑gen Pouring Head
