This epoxy pouring system is purpose-built for the precision production of printing rollers used in offset, gravure, flexographic, and UV printing equipment. The 1A1B single-formula design with independent temperature control makes operation simple and production changeovers efficient, ideally suited for precision production of small-batch and multi-specification printing rollers. The dynamic ultra-high precision metering ensures uniform rubber layer thickness and hardness, with qualified radial runout and concentricity for stable operation without shaking, guaranteeing uniform ink transfer and improving printing yield. The epoxy rubber layer is wear-resistant, ink and solvent corrosion resistant, with no cracking or delamination. Its service life is far longer than ordinary polyurethane rollers, effectively reducing replacement cost. Precise temperature control combined with vacuum defoaming produces a dense rubber layer without bubbles, with strong adhesion to the roller core, suitable for high-load working conditions of high-speed printing with stable and trouble-free operation. The rubber layer is free of impurities and burrs, meeting printing cleanliness requirements and not polluting ink, ensuring clear printing patterns without ink leakage or scratches.

Resin & Curing Agent Preparation

Prepare epoxy resin and amine curing agent according to the target mix ratio (100:18~25). Ensure accurate measurement of both components for consistent material properties.

Tank Loading & Independent Temperature Setting

Load epoxy resin into Tank A and amine curing agent into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system allows precise setting: Tank A at 35–80°C, Tank B at 25–55°C.

Vacuum Defoaming

Activate the standard vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles to ensure a dense, bubble-free rubber layer with strong adhesion to the roller core.

Precision Metering, Mixing & Casting

The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 6000–10000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The pouring rate is adjustable within 40–800 g/s to accommodate different printing roller specifications.
