Specially designed for large-scale production of cold rolling support rollers in metallurgical industry, widely suitable for cold rolling production lines of steel plates, aluminum plates.

This PU casting machine is purpose-built for manufacturing cold rolling support rollers used in metallurgical steel and aluminum plate production lines. The 2A2B two-component system includes a dedicated wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant additive tank, producing rubber layers that are impact-resistant and tear-resistant, suitable for harsh high-temperature and high-load cold rolling conditions. The large-flow pouring capability (100–1500 g/s) is ideal for large-size roller molds, ensuring full filling and strong adhesion with excellent dynamic balance performance, guaranteeing the stability of cold rolling support. The system supports flexible switching between MOCA and BDO chain extenders, allowing adjustment of hardness and resilience to suit different cold rolled plate specifications. With stable and durable operation, the machine resists coolant and rolling fluid erosion without sticking, making it ideal for mass continuous production in the metallurgical industry. Operation Workflow

Raw Material & Additive Preparation

Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio. Select appropriate wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant additives and load into the dedicated additive tank.

Tank Loading & Temperature Setting

Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. Set Tank A temperature to 30–80°C, and Tank B temperature based on the selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).

Vacuum Defoaming

Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles to ensure dense, void-free rubber layers with consistent mechanical properties.

Large-Flow Metering, Mixing & Casting

The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 7000–11000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The large-flow pouring rate (100–1500 g/s) ensures full filling of large-size roller molds.
