Specially designed for large-scale production of polyurethane rollers for vacuum equipment, widely suitable for vacuum coating, vacuum drying, vacuum conveying and other precision vacuum equipment.
This PU elastomer casting machine is purpose-built for the large-scale production of polyurethane rollers used in precision vacuum equipment such as vacuum coating, vacuum drying, and vacuum conveying systems. The 1A1B independent temperature control two-component system supports flexible switching between MOCA and BDO chain extenders, allowing balanced optimization of high wear resistance and high resilience to prolong roller service life. The high-equipped vacuum defoaming system (vacuum ≤-0.098MPa) produces a dense, bubble-free rubber layer, greatly improving vacuum sealing stability and suitable for various vacuum equipment working conditions. Dynamic full-range high-precision metering ensures uniform rubber layer thickness and smooth surface, delivering high sealing fit that ensures vacuum sealing effectiveness. With simple operation and efficient production changeover, the machine is ideally suited for small-batch, multi-specification vacuum roller precision production, meeting the stringent production requirements of precision vacuum working conditions.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio (MOCA: 100:8~11; BDO: 100:3~5). Select the appropriate formula based on the required balance of wear resistance and resilience.
Tank Loading & Independent Temperature Setting
Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system allows precise setting: Tank A at 30–80°C, Tank B according to selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).
High-Vacuum Defoaming
Activate the high-equipped vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.098MPa, thoroughly removing bubbles to ensure a dense, bubble-free rubber layer critical for vacuum sealing stability.
Precision Metering, Mixing & Casting
The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 8000–12000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The pouring rate is adjustable within 30–700 g/s to accommodate different vacuum roller specifications.
