This RIM composite PU machine is purpose-built for the production of large agricultural and engineering machinery components, including tractor engine hoods, agricultural machinery protective shells, and engineering machinery protective covers. The system supports glass fiber reinforced polyurethane formulations, delivering finished products with oil resistance, impact resistance, and aging resistance to meet the demands of outdoor complex working conditions. The 1A1B two-component system with independent temperature control and circulation stirring ensures consistent material quality. Large-flow continuous and stable pouring (100–2000 g/s) enables integrated molding of large hoods, reducing splicing processes and improving structural integrity. High-pressure homogeneous mixing and discharging produces products with a dense internal structure that resists cracking and deformation after long-term use. The stable overall operation load supports long-term continuous operation, making the machine ideal for factory mass production.

Glass Fiber-Reinforced Raw Material Preparation

Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate according to the target mix ratio (100:90~110). Select glass fiber reinforced formulation and ensure proper conditioning for optimal mechanical properties.

Tank Loading & Temperature/Pressure Setting

Load polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system maintains 25–45°C with circulation stirring. Set mixing pressure to 150–200 bar for high-pressure homogenization.

High-Pressure Homogeneous Mixing & Large-Flow Pouring

The PLC-controlled dosing system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full dynamic range) dispenses materials precisely. High-pressure homogeneous mixing ensures uniform fiber dispersion. The large-flow continuous pouring rate (100–2000 g/s) enables integrated molding of large hoods.

Mold Filling, Venting & Curing

Inject the composite material into the component mold. The mold negative pressure venting system removes trapped air. High-pressure homogenization ensures a dense internal structure, producing products resistant to cracking and deformation under long-term use.
