The intelligent formula management system stores hundreds of formulas with one‑click recall and editing. Equipped with standardized communication interfaces (Ethernet, RS485), it can be seamlessly connected with the main PU production line PLC for integrated line linkage. Operation Workflow
Additive Loading & Formula Selection
Load up to 3 color pastes/liquid functional additives into the 5–20 L additive tanks. Select the target formula from the touchscreen interface; the system stores hundreds of formulas for one‑click recall.
Metering & Injection Parameter Setting
Set the flow rate per channel (0.1–100 g/sec) via the integrated touchscreen. The servo/gear metering units deliver ≤±0.5% accuracy for precise proportioning.
Homogeneous Mixing with Main Material
The low‑shear mixing structure (static/dynamic mixing head) ensures uniform fusion of additives with the main PU material without local color difference or uneven distribution, without damaging main material performance.
Integrated Line Linkage & Automated Production
Via Ethernet or RS485 communication, the mixer links with the main PU production line PLC. The system supports synchronous or independent operation of the 3 channels for precise color customization or functional additive addition.
