Specially designed for TDI, MDI and NDI prepolymer production, with high vacuum degassing, precise automatic temperature control and multi-point safety interlock to deliver uniform, high-quality prepolymer for stable CPU elastomer manufacturing.
Many polyurethane manufacturers face bubble defects, batch performance inconsistency, poor temperature control and safety risks during prepolymer synthesis. Our Haifeng HF-Premix prepolymer reactor is specially designed to address these challenges. The reactor features high vacuum degassing (6×10²Pa), precise automatic temperature control (80–120℃), and multi-point safety interlock to deliver uniform, high-quality prepolymer for stable CPU elastomer manufacturing. Optimized tank welding structure and precision sealing technology, combined with reliable dynamic sealing of the stirring shaft, maintain a long-lasting high vacuum environment that effectively suppresses bubble generation, improves product compactness and reduces internal defects in finished prepolymers. The automatic temperature regulation system enables rapid heating and uniform temperature distribution throughout the reaction process. PLC and HMI control system is available as optional upgrade, with efficient and reliable cooling solution enabling flexible process switching for different formula requirements. The reactor vessel features high structural rigidity, maintaining stable shape under long-term high temperature and vacuum working conditions, ensuring lasting alignment accuracy of the stirring system and stable performance throughout extended production cycles. The system integrates multi-point interlock protection logic, with automatic warning and disposal functions for overpressure, overtemperature and stirring abnormal conditions, complying with chemical production safety specifications and reducing manual operation risks.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Loading
Load polyols and isocyanates (TDI, MDI or NDI) into the reactor vessel according to the target formulation. The optimized vessel bottom design and discharging valve layout minimize residual material and ensure complete reaction.
Dehydration & Degassing Pretreatment
Activate the high vacuum system to achieve ultimate vacuum degree of 6×10²Pa. The optimized tank welding structure and precision sealing technology, combined with reliable dynamic sealing of the stirring shaft, maintain a long-lasting high vacuum environment for effective dehydration and degassing of raw materials.
Precise Temperature Control & Reaction
Set the automatic temperature regulation system to the target temperature (80–120℃ working range). The system enables rapid heating and uniform temperature distribution throughout the reaction process. The stirring system operates at 0–150 rpm (adjustable) to ensure thorough mixing and uniform microstructure.
Prepolymer Synthesis & Quality Monitoring
Monitor the prepolymer synthesis process. The two-step prepolymer process allows sufficient reaction between polyols and isocyanates, generating elastomers with uniform microstructure. Multi-point safety interlock system provides automatic warning and disposal for overpressure, overtemperature and stirring abnormal conditions.
