The KPU shoe upper hot press molding machine HF‑HP‑100 is an integrated 4‑station hydraulic hot‑press equipment. Driven by a centralized hydraulic station, four independent pressing stations work collaboratively with separate temperature control boxes. It realizes high‑efficiency thermal compression molding for shoe‑making and composite material components, widely adopted in shoe factories for mass production of KPU shoe‑upper parts. The machine features a thickened heavy‑duty welded steel frame structure that guarantees long‑term stable operation under high pressure with low deformation and long service life. The high‑pressure hydraulic system provides stable pressing force with pressure‑keeping function, ensuring consistent product forming quality and effectively reducing defective rates. Production Workflow
