Raw Material Barrel Loading

Load the 200kg standard polyurethane raw material barrels into the oven cavity. The cavity space is specially designed for industry-general containers, enabling quick loading and unloading of raw material barrels.

Temperature Parameter Setting

Set the target preheating temperature via the intelligent PID automatic temperature control system. The temperature adjustment range covers room temperature to 90℃, and can be precisely matched to different types of polyurethane raw material process standards.

Automatic Preheating & Constant Temperature Maintenance

The intelligent temperature control system real-time detects and automatically adjusts the temperature inside the oven according to the set temperature.
