Our Haifeng HF-Oven raw material drying oven is engineered to address the common challenges of uneven drying results, high energy consumption, inaccurate temperature control, and limited heat source options. The system supports steam, electric, and far-infrared heating, as well as electric-steam dual-purpose models, allowing users to flexibly select solutions based on local energy conditions, production scale, and cost budget. Equipped with forced hot air circulation and intelligent humidity-temperature control, the oven delivers stable, energy-efficient drying performance for various industrial processes. The internal hot air circulation design, with axial fan heating the heat exchanger by convection, lifts thermal efficiency from 3%–8% of traditional drying rooms to 35%–50%, significantly reducing long-term energy costs. Forced ventilation with adjustable air distribution devices ensures uniform heating of all materials for stable batch quality. The intelligent digital temperature controller with high-precision sensors keeps temperature fluctuation within ±1℃, ensuring consistent process conditions for every batch. Operation Workflow
Material Loading & Parameter Setting
Load materials onto trays or trolleys inside the oven. Adjust air distribution device to optimize air flow distribution, reducing vertical temperature difference in the chamber. Set target temperature via the intelligent digital controller.
Heat Source Activation & Temperature Rise
Select appropriate heat source (steam, electric, far-infrared, or dual-purpose) based on energy conditions. The axial fan heats the heat exchanger by convection, with hot air flowing through material trays for efficient heat transfer.
Forced Hot Air Circulation & Uniform Drying
The forced ventilation system circulates hot air throughout the chamber. Fresh air is continuously supplied through the inlet, while humid hot air is discharged from the dehumidification outlet. This dynamic balance precisely maintains proper relative humidity for efficient drying.
Intelligent Temperature & Humidity Control
The intelligent digital temperature controller with high-precision sensors maintains temperature fluctuation within ±1℃. Multi-protection mechanisms cover short circuit, over-temperature, over-pressure and timing functions for safe and reliable operation.
