Raw Material Preparation

Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate according to the target mix ratio (100:50~70). Ensure both components are properly conditioned for integral skin foam formulation.

Tank Loading & Temperature Setting

Load polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system maintains 20–45°C with circulation stirring for uniform material consistency.

High-Pressure Metering & Mixing

The PLC-controlled dosing system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full dynamic range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 6000–10000 r/min under 10–18 MPa pressure for homogeneous blending.

Integral Skin Foaming & Molding

Inject the mixed material into the steering wheel precision mold. Integral skin foaming forms a smooth, flawless surface with moderate hardness and comfortable hand feel, meeting automotive interior quality standards.
