The 1A1B two-component system with independent temperature control and circulation stirring ensures consistent material quality. Integral skin foaming molding delivers a smooth and flawless steering wheel surface with comfortable hand feel. Precision metering control with ≤±0.3% dosing accuracy ensures accurate product size, suitable for precision molds of steering wheels. The environmentally friendly solvent-free automatic air purge cleaning system complies with automotive interior environmental protection standards, ensuring odor-free finished products. With compact and flexible equipment design, the machine is suitable for small-batch, multi-style steering wheel production. The system meets the core requirements of smooth surface, moderate hardness, wear resistance, environmental protection and odorless for automotive interior parts, supporting standardized production in the auto parts industry.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate according to the target mix ratio (100:50~70). Ensure both components are properly conditioned for integral skin foam formulation.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system maintains 20–45°C with circulation stirring for uniform material consistency.
High-Pressure Metering & Mixing
The PLC-controlled dosing system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full dynamic range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 6000–10000 r/min under 10–18 MPa pressure for homogeneous blending.
Integral Skin Foaming & Molding
Inject the mixed material into the steering wheel precision mold. Integral skin foaming forms a smooth, flawless surface with moderate hardness and comfortable hand feel, meeting automotive interior quality standards.
