Specially designed for the production of sealing strips for industrial equipment such as machine tools, cabinets and valves.
This PU casting machine is purpose-built for casting precision sealing accessories used in various industrial equipment. The 2A2B two-component system with an integrated color paste tank supports both MOCA and BDO chain extender processes, enabling flexible multi-color matching to meet the appearance standards of sealing strips for different applications. The BDO room-temperature clean process ensures impurity-free production, perfectly suited for precision equipment workshops. Continuous stable pouring without breakpoints delivers uniform, defect-free long sealing strips, ensuring tighter sealing fit. Vacuum defoaming guarantees dense products without pores, while high-precision metering ensures uniform size and improved sealing reliability. The machine is adaptable to standardized production in high-demand environments.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material & Color Paste Preparation
Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the required mix ratio. Select the appropriate color paste and load it into the dedicated color paste tank.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. Set Tank A temperature to 30–80°C, and Tank B temperature based on the selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).
Vacuum Defoaming
Activate the standard vacuum defoaming system to remove bubbles from all components, ensuring a pore-free, dense final product.
Metering, Mixing & Continuous Casting
The PLC-controlled metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3%) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 7000–11000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The discharge flow rate is adjustable within 50–800 g/s to enable continuous, breakpoint-free pouring of long sealing strips.
