Specially designed for continuous foaming production of building exterior wall insulation panels, clean panels and prefabricated building sandwich panels.
This high-pressure PU equipment is purpose-built for continuous foaming production of building exterior wall insulation panels, clean panels, and prefabricated building sandwich panels. The 2A2B two-component system with independent temperature control and circulation stirring ensures consistent material quality for rigid foam insulation. The large-flow pouring capability (300–2200 g/s) is ideally suited for panel continuous production lines, greatly improving foaming efficiency and capacity. High-pressure precise mixing at 10–18 MPa with mixing head speeds of 8000–14000 r/min produces delicate panel cells without voids, ensuring up-to-standard thermal insulation and compression resistance. Accurate two-component ratio control with ≤±0.3% dosing accuracy minimizes raw material loss, making the system suitable for large-scale continuous production. Full-line linkage control enables quick switching of production of multi-specification and multi-thickness panels. The equipment is suitable for composite of color steel, aluminum foil and other face materials, adapting to continuous automatic production lines in the building materials industry.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate according to the target mix ratio (100:100~130). Select the appropriate rigid foam formulation for insulation panel requirements.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load polyol into Tanks A1/A2 and isocyanate into Tanks B1/B2. The 2A2B independent temperature control system maintains 20–45°C with circulation stirring for uniform material consistency.
High-Pressure Precise Metering & Mixing
The PLC-controlled dosing system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full dynamic range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 8000–14000 r/min under 10–18 MPa pressure for high-pressure homogeneous blending.
Large-Flow Continuous Foaming & Panel Production
The mixed material is injected continuously onto the moving panel line (color steel, aluminum foil, etc.). The large-flow rate (300–2200 g/s) greatly improves foaming efficiency and capacity for continuous production.
