This low-pressure PU foaming equipment is specially developed for the mass production of labor protection safety footwear. It realizes one-step casting and molding of PU midsole and outsole for anti-impact and anti-penetration safety shoes. The system features a high-degree of automatic operation, requiring only 2–3 operators for the full production cycle. An optional automatic robotic manipulator is available for unmanned feeding and pouring, with all running speeds adjustable for flexible production. Ultra-precise raw material dosing control within ±0.3% ensures consistent hardness, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance of finished safety shoe soles batch by batch. The low-pressure energy-saving running design reduces abrasion on core wearing parts, bringing easy daily maintenance and extended service life. The professional dual-density integrated molding function serves as the core configuration for safety shoe production, stabilizing finished product quality for large-volume orders. The machine matches our solvent-free and water-blown PU formula system, supporting low-VOC closed-loop production to meet international environmental emission standards. The system also supports molding of daily PU footwear accessories including sandals, slippers, and beach shoe soles as secondary compatible applications.
