The small-flow precise casting capability (30–600 g/s) delivers stable forming without burrs, effectively improving the yield of small parts. Raw Material Preparation

Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio. Select the appropriate formula based on the required hardness and vehicle model specifications.

Tank Loading & Independent Temperature Setting

Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system allows precise setting: Tank A at 30–80°C, Tank B according to selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).

Vacuum Defoaming

Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles to ensure dense, pore-free ball sockets with consistent mechanical properties.

Precision Metering, Mixing & Small-Flow Casting

The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 8000–12000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The small-flow pouring rate (30–600 g/s) ensures stable forming without burrs, ideally suited for small ball socket molds.
