Operation Workflow

Raw Material Preparation

Prepare polyol and isocyanate components according to the target mix ratio (continuously adjustable from 1:1 to 3:1). Ensure both materials are properly conditioned and free from contamination.

Tank Loading & Temperature Control Setting

Load polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system maintains precise temperature control within 20–60°C for both tanks.

High-Speed Mixing & Large-Flow Pouring

The PLC-controlled metering system (accuracy ≤±1.0% full dynamic measuring range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 10,000–18,000 r/min (typical: 12,000–15,000 r/min) for thorough and even blending. The large-flow output (200–5000 g/s) ensures rapid filling of refrigerator cabinets without material shortage or foam overflow.

Foaming & Curing

The mixed rigid foam material is injected into the refrigerator cabinet or door mold. The high-speed mixing technology exclusive for rigid foam ensures high closed-cell ratio and long-term stable thermal insulation performance.
