Product Overview

This machine manufactures linear block copolymer products composed of soft segments of oligomer polyol and hard segments of isocyanate chain extenders.

This PU pouring machine is purpose-built for manufacturing linear block copolymer products including high-end shoe soles, industrial casters, lightweight automotive parts, industrial sealing components, medical supplies, sports equipment, industrial wear-resistant parts (e.g. gears), flexible hoses, cables, airbags, waterproof membranes, electronic packaging films and other fields. Equipped with advanced heat exchangers and buffer systems, the machine maintains stable ratios and precise temperature control for liquid raw materials (polyol, MDI, BDO, etc.), ensuring consistent reaction speed and highly uniform polymer molecular chains. Multi-point independent PID temperature regulation with a three-layer tank structure keeps temperature deviation within ±1℃, and actual temperature fluctuation at mixing head outlet ≤±1℃. The multi-tooth high-shear mixing head ensures full homogeneous blending. A built-in vacuum degassing system eliminates macro bubbles in molded parts, improving product compactness and mechanical properties. Oven-style structure delivers high thermal efficiency and remarkable power savings. Each tank is fitted with a liquid crystal level gauge supporting automatic material feeding.
