This specialized polyurethane machine is designed for manufacturing OTR (Off‑the‑Road) solid tires filled with polyurethane and rubber particles. The system features dual metering units that draw polyurethane raw materials directly from IBC tote tanks for uninterrupted industrial mass production. Rubber particles are quantitatively conveyed via a 500L hopper and screw conveyor, pre‑mixed with polyurethane ahead of the screw pump, then pumped through pipelines into tire interiors for filling, air venting, and pressure curing. The machine delivers an output flow rate of 60‑300 kg/h with a wide adjustable A:B mix ratio ranging from 100:20 to 20:100, accommodating diverse tire specifications.
