The HF‑LPM‑1A1B‑OTR‑K is a specialized PU system for OTR solid tires, blending polyurethane with rubber particles via IBC direct feed, with ≤0.5% accuracy and anti‑clog design.
This specialized polyurethane machine is designed for manufacturing OTR (Off‑the‑Road) solid tires filled with polyurethane and rubber particles. The system features dual metering units that draw polyurethane raw materials directly from IBC tote tanks for uninterrupted industrial mass production. Rubber particles are quantitatively conveyed via a 500L hopper and screw conveyor, pre‑mixed with polyurethane ahead of the screw pump, then pumped through pipelines into tire interiors for filling, air venting, and pressure curing. The machine delivers an output flow rate of 60‑300 kg/h with a wide adjustable A:B mix ratio ranging from 100:20 to 20:100, accommodating diverse tire specifications. Variable frequency motors drive high‑precision gear metering pumps to achieve metering accuracy of ≤0.5%. Working pressure is adjustable from 0 to 15 bar, with automatic shutdown and audio‑visual alarm protection for overpressure conditions. The 700L raw material tank provides ample capacity for continuous production. The machine is equipped with a 300μm filter and high‑efficiency mixing unit, with rationally arranged pipelines to prevent clogging and simplify cleaning and maintenance. The PLC + touch screen control system features imported core electrical components for stable performance, user‑friendly operation, and remote monitoring capabilities.
