The HF‑LPM‑2A1B‑F is a low‑pressure PU foaming machine for direct‑integrated shoes, supporting casting/injection/spraying modes with ±0.3% accuracy and PLC automation.
This low‑pressure polyurethane foaming machine is specially designed for manufacturing direct‑integrated footwear, where sole and upper are formed as a single piece without gluing. It supports three processing modes: casting (pouring into open/semi‑closed molds), injection (into fully closed molds), and spraying (atomized coating onto workpieces). The machine features a 220L tank, adjustable discharge flow from 30 to 150 g/s, and a flexible A:B mix ratio of 100:40‑120. The mixing head speed is independently adjustable for each mode: casting (4,000‑10,000 rpm), injection (10,000‑18,000 rpm), and spraying (2,000‑8,000 rpm), ensuring optimal mixing for different material formulations. With ±0.3% metering accuracy and an intelligent PLC control system, the machine monitors pressure, temperature, and flow in real time, with full data traceability and export for quality analysis. The integrated dual‑color/density design enables gradient soft‑hard zones on a single sole (e.g., cushioning forefoot and supportive heel for sneakers). Pneumatic mold clamping and needle‑valve injection heads reduce defects and extend mold life. This machine streamlines production by eliminating gluing, drying, and pressing steps, shortening cycles and cutting labor costs. It is ideal for multi‑variety, small‑batch production and optional automated assembly line integration further boosts efficiency.
Production Workflow
Material Preparation & Recipe Selection
Load polyol and isocyanate into the 220L tank; select the desired recipe (casting/injection/spraying) on the PLC touch screen and set ratio (100:40‑120) and flow (30‑150 g/s).
Mixing Mode Selection
Choose the appropriate processing mode—casting (open mold), injection (closed mold), or spraying (atomized coating)—and adjust mixing head speed accordingly.
Material Delivery & Pouring/Injection/Spraying
The machine precisely meters and mixes the two components, then delivers the PU material into the mold or onto the workpiece via the selected method.
Curing, Demolding & Cleanup
Allow the PU to foam and cure; demold the integrated shoe; automatic cleaning cycle prepares the system for the next production run.
