Operation Workflow
Raw Material Loading & Formula Selection
Load polyol and isocyanate into the 30–80 L customizable tanks. Select or create the target formula on the touch screen; the system supports wide ratio testing (A:B = 100:5 ~ 100:300).
Parameter Setting & Verification
Set flow rate (10–130 g/s), temperature, and pressure via PLC touch screen. Multi‑point temperature control and precision pressure regulating valve ensure stable working conditions for reproducible testing.
Metering, Mixing & Pouring
