The HF‑LPM‑2A2B‑F is a 4‑tank low‑pressure PU casting system for transparent shoe outsoles, featuring vacuum defoaming, ±0.3% accuracy, and auto head cleaning.
This low‑pressure polyurethane foaming machine is specially developed for manufacturing transparent shoe outsoles. It adopts a 4‑tank structure with dual A and dual B tanks, supporting multi‑combination mixing of A1, B1, A2, and B2 materials to produce transparent foamed parts with variable densities and colors. The machine uses casting technology, where mixed PU raw materials are poured directly into open or semi‑closed molds, then cured and demolded to obtain finished outsoles after cooling and trimming. Key features include high‑precision metering pumps and high‑efficiency mixing heads (4,000‑10,000 rpm) that ensure accurate raw material ratios (±0.3% accuracy) and thorough blending, producing fine, uniform foam cells with stable physical properties. The intelligent PLC + touch screen control system precisely regulates temperature, pouring volume, and injection duration, with multi‑recipe storage for fast production switching between different colors, hardness levels, and shapes. The automatic casting head cleaning device rapidly removes residual material after each pour, preventing cured residue that causes bubbles, white spots, and color stains in transparent outsoles. The vacuum defoaming system—using sealed vacuum tanks and a dedicated vacuum pump—removes microbubbles from raw materials, with an optional mold cavity vacuum auxiliary system further eliminating residual air to drastically reduce pinhole and surface defects. The machine can be integrated with circular/banana‑type production lines, pneumatic automatic mold opening/closing systems, and robot pouring systems for highly automated production with reduced labor input.
