Product Overview

The HF‑LPM‑2A1B‑F is a low‑pressure PU casting system for insoles/midsoles, featuring fast color switching (3‑5 min), anti‑blocking needle‑valve head, and ±0.3% accuracy.

This low‑pressure polyurethane foaming machine is specially designed for manufacturing all types of single‑color and dual‑color insoles, including PU memory insoles, slow‑rebound/high‑rebound insoles, antibacterial breathable insoles, shoe midsoles, shock‑absorbing sheets, arch support pads, medical orthotic insoles, and health functional insoles. The machine flexibly supports MDI and TDI systems, as well as rigid and soft foaming formulations, covering the full production spectrum from daily comfort insoles to professional medical orthotic insoles. Using casting technology, mixed PU raw materials are poured directly into open or semi‑closed molds, then cured, demolded, cooled, and trimmed to finished products. The machine features a 120L tank system, discharge flow from 30 to 85 g/s, adjustable A:B ratio of 1:1‑1:4, and a mixing head speed of 4,000‑10,000 rpm. The low‑residence‑volume mixing head and fast‑cleaning valve group enable color and material system switching within 3‑5 minutes, reducing cleaning time and material waste by 30%‑50%. The self‑cleaning needle‑valve injection head with low‑residence flow channel design automatically scrapes residual materials after each injection, preventing blockage during frequent start‑stop cycles typical of insole production. Combined with closed‑loop micro‑flow control, the machine ensures accurate mixing ratio even under small discharge volumes, effectively reducing reject rates. The PLC + touch screen control system stores multiple recipes for one‑click switching. The machine integrates with circular/banana‑type production lines, pneumatic automatic mold systems, and robotic casting arms for highly automated continuous production, greatly reducing labor costs. With a compact layout and only 8 kW rated power, it offers low energy consumption and a low investment threshold, ideal for insole OEM factories and start‑up footwear enterprises.

Production Workflow

Material Preparation & Recipe Selection

Load polyol and isocyanate into 120L tanks; select desired recipe on PLC touch screen and set ratio (1:1‑1:4) and flow (30‑85 g/s).

Fast Color/Material Switching (if needed)

Activate fast‑cleaning valve group and low‑residence mixing head for color/material changeover; completes within 3‑5 minutes.

Precision Pouring into Molds

Mixed PU material is poured into open/semi‑closed molds via self‑cleaning needle‑valve injection head; residual material automatically scraped clean after each shot.

Curing, Demolding & Automatic Cleaning

Allow insole to cure; demold finished part; self‑cleaning mechanism and low‑residence channels prepare the head for the next cycle, preventing blockages.

Why Choose Our Insole PU Foaming System

Key Advantages

Six engineering and production benefits designed specifically for multi‑variety, small‑batch insole manufacturing with fast changeover and low operating costs.

Fast Color & Material Switching System

Low‑residence‑volume mixing head and fast‑cleaning valve group enable color/material changeover within 3‑5 minutes, reducing cleaning time and material waste by 30%‑50% compared to general‑purpose machines.

Anti‑Blocking Dedicated Design

Self‑cleaning needle‑valve injection head with low‑residence flow channels automatically scrapes residual materials after each shot, preventing blockages during frequent start‑stop cycles typical of insole production.

Closed‑Loop Micro‑Flow Control

Ensures accurate mixing ratio (±0.3%) even under small discharge volumes (as low as 30 g/s), effectively reducing reject rates from nozzle blockage and ratio drift.

High Automation Compatibility

Integrates with circular/banana‑type production lines, pneumatic automatic mold opening/closing systems, and robotic casting arms for highly automated continuous production, greatly reducing labor costs.

Energy‑Saving, Low Consumption & Easy Maintenance

Compact layout with only 8 kW rated power for low operating energy costs. Modular pipeline design allows users to clean and replace sealing parts independently, with significantly lower maintenance costs than high‑pressure machines.

Wide Material & Product Compatibility

Supports MDI and TDI systems, rigid and soft foaming formulations. Produces PU memory insoles, high‑rebound insoles, medical orthotic insoles, arch supports, midsoles, and more for the full footwear market.
