The HF-LPM-1A1B-R is a state-of-the-art polyurethane foam casting machine specifically developed for rail transit curve vibration pads.

It produces highly customized precision polyurethane elastomer foam products, such as small-radius curve rail pads and other elastic pads with complex curved surfaces and intricate contours.

The system features a 1A1B configuration with high-shear mixing heads and floating mechanical sealing structure to ensure homogeneous mixing, prevent air leakage and material backflow for reliable operation.
