The polyurethane microcellular solid structure completely eliminates air leakage and blowout issues inherent to pneumatic tires. Featuring excellent aging and abrasion resistance, the tires enjoy long service life, cutting maintenance frequency and full‑lifecycle costs. Equipped with self‑developed servo‑driven gear metering pumps and high‑shear mixing heads, the machine delivers metering accuracy of ±0.5% and maintains material mixing uniformity above 98%, ensuring uniform cell structure and complete chemical reaction.
