Load polyol and isocyanate into the 250L standard tanks. Set the three independent temperature control units (tanks, pipelines, mixing head) to the required process temperatures.

Formula Selection & Parameter Setting

Select the appropriate formula from the PLC touch screen for the specific dashboard model. Each mold’s pouring parameters are stored as independent formulas for one‑click recall.

Closed‑Loop Flow Control & Metering

The Coriolis mass flowmeter monitors flow in real time while the PLC adjusts servo motor speed for dynamic pressure compensation, maintaining ratio accuracy within ±0.3% and eliminating drift.

Mixing, Pouring & Molding
