Specially optimized for automotive interior precision molding, with closed-loop flow control and three independent temperature control systems to deliver high-quality, odorless and consistently stable dashboard products for standardized mass production.
Many automotive interior manufacturers face bubble defects, surface cracking, batch color difference and unstable physical properties when producing PU dashboards. Our Haifeng HF-LPM-1A1B-A is specially designed to address these challenges. The machine features closed-loop flow control with Coriolis mass flowmeter for real-time monitoring and PLC-adjusted servo motor dynamic pressure compensation, fundamentally eliminating ratio drift risk and greatly reducing reject rate with precise dimensional consistency. Three independent temperature control units cover raw material storage tanks, full-circuit water jacket for metering pipelines, and mixing head body, ensuring stable material temperature throughout the whole process regardless of seasonal changes, completely eliminating batch color difference and physical property fluctuation. Full PLC automation with touch screen HMI enables one‑click formula recall during mold change, eliminating unreliable manual pouring. The modular design allows flexible integration with existing lines and future upgrades. Finished products combine high strength with light weight, excellent flexibility and impact toughness, with no deformation or peeling after long‑term use. The solvent‑free cleaning process complies with automotive interior environmental standards, ensuring odorless and healthy finished products.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Preparation & Tank Loading
Load polyol and isocyanate into the 250L standard tanks. Set the three independent temperature control units (tanks, pipelines, mixing head) to the required process temperatures.
Formula Selection & Parameter Setting
Select the appropriate formula from the PLC touch screen for the specific dashboard model. Each mold’s pouring parameters are stored as independent formulas for one‑click recall.
Closed‑Loop Flow Control & Metering
The Coriolis mass flowmeter monitors flow in real time while the PLC adjusts servo motor speed for dynamic pressure compensation, maintaining ratio accuracy within ±0.3% and eliminating drift.
Mixing, Pouring & Molding
The mixing head operates at 3500–6000 rpm for homogeneous blending. Output flow of 250–670 g/s is injected into the dashboard mold. Temperature stability ensures consistent cream time, gel time and foam microstructure.
