This PU cast unit is purpose-built for railway engineering applications. The 2A2B two-component system includes a dedicated anti-aging and anti-vibration additive tank, providing long-term resistance to outdoor erosion, UV, rain and train vibration, suitable for long-term outdoor railway working conditions. Dynamic precise metering and controllable pouring pressure ensure full and dense filling, making the machine suitable for precise filling of track expansion joints and sleepers with uniform stress distribution. The system supports precise temperature control across a wide range, adapting to complex outdoor construction environments with controllable curing speed that does not affect railway operation and construction progress. The machine exhibits strong bonding with steel rails and concrete substrates, and is usable with mobile working vehicles, meeting high-load and high-efficiency railway construction requirements. It effectively prevents moisture and debris intrusion, ensures track stability and driving safety, and meets railway batch standard construction needs. Operation Workflow

Raw Material & Additive Preparation

Prepare polyurethane prepolymer and MOCA curing agent according to the target mix ratio (100:10~14). Select anti-aging and anti-vibration additives and load into the dedicated additive tank.

Tank Loading & Temperature Setting

Load prepolymer into Tank A and MOCA curing agent into Tank B. Set Tank A temperature to 30–80°C and Tank B to 90–115°C according to the curing agent requirements.

Metering, Mixing & Precision Pouring

The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 6000–10000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The pouring rate (120–1800 g/s) and pouring pressure (1.2–2.8 MPa) are adjustable for track expansion joint and sleeper filling applications.

Curing & Quality Inspection

Allow the poured elastomer to cure. Precise temperature control ensures controllable curing speed without affecting railway operation schedules. Inspect filled areas for full and dense filling with uniform stress distribution.
