This PU cast unit is purpose-built for the precision production of industrial polyurethane seals. The 1A1B independent temperature control system supports one-key switching between MOCA high-strength and BDO hydrolysis-resistant dual formulas, enabling a single machine to cover the production process of various seals. Dynamic full-range ultra-high precision metering ensures products without bubbles and burrs, delivering stable sealing performance without leakage. The small flow capability is precisely tailored for small sealing molds, resulting in low raw material loss and effectively improving product yield. Operation Workflow
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio. Select the appropriate formula based on seal application requirements (static/dynamic, oil resistance, etc.).
Tank Loading & Independent Temperature Setting
Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system allows precise setting: Tank A at 30–80°C, Tank B according to selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).
Vacuum Defoaming
Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, thoroughly removing bubbles to ensure bubble-free seal products with stable sealing performance.
Precision Metering, Mixing & Small-Flow Casting
The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 8000–12000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The pouring rate is precisely controlled within 20–500 g/s, specially designed for small sealing molds to minimize raw material loss.
