Operation Workflow

Raw Material Preparation

Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio. Select the appropriate formula based on seal application requirements (static/dynamic, oil resistance, etc.).

Tank Loading & Independent Temperature Setting

Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system allows precise setting: Tank A at 30–80°C, Tank B according to selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).

Vacuum Defoaming

Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, thoroughly removing bubbles to ensure bubble-free seal products with stable sealing performance.

Precision Metering, Mixing & Small-Flow Casting

The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 8000–12000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The pouring rate is precisely controlled within 20–500 g/s, specially designed for small sealing molds to minimize raw material loss.
