The HF‑CPUE‑2A2B‑Roller‑Print is a precision PU elastomer casting system for printing rollers, with 2A2B + color paste tank, ±0.3% accuracy, and MOCA/BDO flexibility.
This polyurethane elastomer casting unit is specially built for polyurethane roller casting in the printing industry, widely suitable for high‑speed printing equipment such as offset printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, and UV printing. It can stably produce special accessories such as UV ink rollers and offset rollers, meeting the production requirements of wear resistance, ink corrosion resistance, high elasticity, and uniform ink transfer, effectively ensuring clear printing patterns, no ink leakage, and no scratches, while adapting to the efficient and stable operation of printing production lines. The machine features a 2A2B two‑component configuration with a dedicated color paste tank, plus 150/220L tank capacity options. The mixing head operates at 7,000‑11,000 r/min with dynamic metering accuracy of ≤±0.3% full range. Material temperature is precisely controlled: Tank A at 30‑80°C, and Tank B with dual‑zone capability for MOCA (90‑115°C) and BDO (25‑50°C), supporting flexible switching between the two chain extenders to balance high wear resistance and high resilience as needed. The vacuum defoaming system operates at ≤‑0.095MPa, ensuring bubble‑free, dense elastomer structures. The automatic circulation + air purge cleaning system prevents color cross‑contamination and reduces raw material waste, adapting to small‑batch, multi‑specification, and multi‑color roller flexible production.
Production Workflow
Material Preparation & Temperature Setting
Load CPU prepolymer (Tank A, 30‑80°C) and chain extender MOCA/BDO (Tank B, 90‑115°C / 25‑50°C) with independent temperature control.
Recipe Selection & Chain Extender Choice
Select stored formula on PLC touch screen; choose MOCA (high wear resistance) or BDO (high resilience) per roller application, set ratio and pouring rate.
Vacuum Degassing & Precision Pouring
Vacuum defoaming (≤‑0.095MPa) removes bubbles; mixed PU elastomer is poured into roller molds with high‑precision metering (≤±0.3%) and uniform dispersion.
Curing, Demolding & Automatic Cleaning
Allow roller to cure; demold finished printing roller; automatic circulation + air purge cleaning prevents color cross‑contamination and prepares system for next pour.
