Product Overview

Specially designed for large-scale production of polyurethane screen plates in mining, metallurgy and coal industries, widely suitable for harsh working conditions such as ore screening, coal screening and metallurgical raw material classification.

This PU cast unit is purpose-built for the large-scale production of polyurethane screen plates used in mining, metallurgy and coal industries. The 2A2B two-component system includes a dedicated wear and impact resistant additive tank, greatly improving the wear and tear resistance of screen plates to withstand harsh mining screening conditions. The system supports flexible switching between MOCA and BDO chain extenders, allowing adjustment of product hardness and strength for different screening scenarios. With large-flow stable pouring (100–1500 g/s), the machine is perfectly suited for large-size screen plate molds, achieving full filling without holes and ensuring uniform product structure. Stable and reliable operation supports mass continuous production, effectively improving production efficiency and yield of mine screen plates. The machine meets the core production requirements of high load, long life and tear resistance for mine screen plates.

Operation Workflow

Raw Material & Additive Preparation

Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio. Select appropriate wear and impact resistant additives and load into the dedicated additive tank.

Tank Loading & Temperature Setting

Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. Set Tank A temperature to 30–80°C, and Tank B temperature based on the selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).

Vacuum Defoaming

Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles to ensure dense, hole-free screen plates with uniform structure.

Large-Flow Metering, Mixing & Casting

The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 7000–11000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The large-flow pouring rate (100–1500 g/s) ensures full filling of large-size screen plate molds.
