Product Overview

The HF‑LPM‑1A1B‑OTR is a compact PU system for OTR solid tires, featuring IBC direct feed, plunger metering (±0.3%), static mixing, and complete air treatment.

This low‑pressure polyurethane foaming machine is designed for manufacturing OTR (Off‑the‑Road) polyurethane solid tires, fitting two‑component polyurethane raw material systems. Two independent metering units draw materials directly from IBC totes for uninterrupted supply. Plunger metering pumps driven by variable frequency motors deliver metering accuracy of ≤0.3%, with flow rates regulated by adjusting motor speed to meet various formulation requirements. Raw materials are blended via a static mixer that offers leak‑proof, anti‑clogging performance with easy cleaning and maintenance. A glue shut‑off valve at the outlet enables quick connection with tire air nozzles. The working pressure of raw materials is limited within 0‑2 MPa, with automatic injection stop and alarm activation once the pressure exceeds the threshold. Each A and B pipeline is fitted with a 300 μm mesh filter to block impurities.
