The HF‑LPM‑2A2B‑A is a precision PU system for bump stops, suspension cushions & chassis buffers, with ±0.3% metering, ±2°C temp control, and PLC automation.
This low‑pressure polyurethane foaming machine is designed for precision foaming and molding of polyurethane elastomers, widely applied to high‑volume serial production of automotive shock‑absorbing parts including bump stops, suspension cushions, travel limit buffers, and chassis anti‑collision cushions. It is also suitable for manufacturing microcellular elastomer products such as industrial filter sealing gaskets and elastic washers. The machine features a 200L tank system, discharge flow from 50 to 150 g/s, and an adjustable A:B ratio of 100:40‑90. High‑precision gear metering pumps with a closed‑loop flow control system and millisecond‑level dynamic compensation maintain metering deviation within ±0.3%. The multi‑point constant temperature system, heated by thermal oil or electric heating, controls material temperature fluctuation within ±2°C, keeping raw materials in the optimal reaction range. The imported PLC controller and industrial touch screen HMI monitor pouring, cleaning, and air purging in real time, with automatic fault diagnosis and graded audio‑visual alarms.
