The HF-CPUE-2A2B-PipeLiner is a state-of-the-art polyurethane elastomer casting machine specifically developed for internal pipeline lining applications. It features a 2A2B configuration with an additional anti-corrosion additive tank, enabling precise formulation of MOCA and BDO chain extenders. The system delivers a continuous, stable casting process that ensures uniform liner thickness without voids, significantly extending service life and operational reliability. With advanced PLC control, multiple recipe storage, and high-accuracy metering (≤ ±0.5%), it meets the most stringent requirements for corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pipe linings in harsh environments.
Pipe Lining Production Workflow
Raw Material Preparation
Load prepolymer and chain extenders (MOCA / BDO) into respective heated tanks; add anti-corrosion agent into the auxiliary tank as required.
Vacuum Degassing
Apply vacuum (≤ -0.095 MPa) to remove moisture and dissolved gases from all components, ensuring bubble-free casting.
Metering & Mixing
Precisely meter the components at the set ratio (e.g., MOCA 100:10~13 or BDO 100:4~6) and mix at high speed (6,000–10,000 rpm) to achieve uniform dispersion.
Pipe Lining Casting & Curing
Inject the mixed elastomer into the rotating pipe mould under controlled temperature and flow rate; allow curing under controlled conditions, then perform final inspection.
