Vacuum defoaming (≤-0.095MPa) ensures dense, pore-free products that resist water flow impact and fix cables firmly without loosening. Raw Material Preparation

Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio. Select the appropriate formula based on the specific sea area application requirements.

Tank Loading & Independent Temperature Setting

Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system allows precise setting: Tank A at 30–80°C, Tank B according to selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).

Vacuum Defoaming

Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, thoroughly removing bubbles to ensure dense, pore-free products that can withstand high water pressure and flow impact in deep-sea environments.

Metering, Mixing & Casting

The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 7000–11000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The pouring rate is adjustable within 80–1000 g/s to accommodate different cable block sizes and specifications.
