The HF‑LPM‑3A3B‑Soft‑Pillow is a low‑pressure PU system for memory pillows, with 3A3B six‑tank multi‑formula storage and fine‑flow control for soft, consistent cores.
This low‑pressure polyurethane foaming machine is specially developed for producing soft sponge pillow cores, including memory pillows, neck pillows, hydrophilic cotton pillows, and children's pillows. It features a 3A3B six‑tank configuration with 120L/220L capacity options, enabling multi‑formula storage for slow‑rebound, hydrophilic cotton, and other pillow formulations, with one‑key switching for multi‑category production. The machine delivers a pouring rate from 50 to 1000 g/s with a continuously adjustable A:B ratio of 1:1‑1:4. The mixing head speed operates up to 8600 r/min, with a typical range of 3000‑4500 r/min for soft foam applications. Dynamic metering accuracy is maintained at ≤±0.8% full range, ensuring consistent material proportioning. The special soft foaming process produces fine, uniform cells and a soft hand feel, ensuring comfort and quality consistency across batches. Production Workflow
Material & Recipe Preparation
Load polyol and isocyanate into the selected 3A3B tanks (120L or 220L); choose stored recipe (memory, hydrophilic, etc.) on PLC touch screen.
Ratio & Flow Setting
Set A:B ratio (1:1‑1:4) and pouring rate (50‑1000 g/s) per pillow type and mold size.
Fine‑Flow Pouring & Foaming
Mixed PU material is poured into pillow molds at controlled low flow; material foams and cures to form soft, fine‑cell core.
Demolding & Air‑Purge Cleaning
Open mold after curing; remove finished pillow core; automatic air‑purge cleaning cleans the mixing head without solvents.
