Specially designed for precision pouring of medical polyurethane sponge, stably producing wound dressings, medical pads, hemostatic sponges and other medical consumables.
This medical sponge PU foam pouring machine is purpose-built for the precision production of medical polyurethane sponge consumables, including wound dressings, medical pads, and hemostatic sponges. The 1A1B exclusive medical formula with independent temperature and pressure control ensures no cross‑contamination, perfectly suited for small‑batch, multi‑specification medical sponge production. Dynamic full‑range high‑precision metering with ≤±0.3% accuracy ensures uniform foam density and fine cells, delivering finished products with stable and consistent absorption performance. The special medical‑grade raw material adaptation system complies with medical biocompatibility standards, ensuring finished products are safe and non‑irritating for human contact. All material contact parts are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and paired with a sterile cleaning system, making the machine directly applicable to medical sterile workshops. The whole machine meets medical production standards of biocompatibility, high absorbency and sterility, and can be directly used for large‑scale production of human‑contact medical sponge products with CE, ISO9001, and ISO13485 certifications.
Operation Workflow
Medical‑Grade Raw Material Loading
Load medical‑grade polyether polyol and medical‑grade isocyanate (MDI) into the 100/150 L tanks according to the target mix ratio (100:85–95) under sterile conditions.
Sterile Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Set Tank A temperature to 25–45°C and Tank B to 20–40°C. The 1A1B independent temperature and pressure control system ensures optimal medical foam formulation conditions.
Dynamic Full‑Range High‑Precision Metering & Mixing
The PLC‑controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 5000–9000 r/min under foaming pressure of 0.5–2.0 MPa for homogeneous blending.
Medical Sponge Pouring & Sterile Molding
The mixed material is poured into sterile molds. Uniform foam density and fine cells ensure stable and consistent absorption performance for wound dressings, medical pads, and hemostatic sponges.
