This low-pressure PU foaming machine is specially designed for the mass production of soft polyurethane sponge mattresses for household, hotel, and student dormitory applications. The 1A1B double tank configuration with independent pressure and temperature control ensures stable and continuous supply for long-hour operation in mass production. The high-flow efficient pouring design (500–5000 g/s) is perfectly suited for large mattress molds, delivering high productivity and full molding without defects. The special mixing process for soft foam produces uniform cells and stable resilience, ensuring mattress comfort and durability for end users. High-precision metering combined with an eco-friendly cleaning system ensures uniform quality across all production batches, meeting modern factory environmental and quality control requirements. The machine stably foams high-resilience and slow-resilience mattress cores and comfort layers, suitable for large-scale continuous production lines and meeting the efficient production needs of mattress factories.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare polyol and isocyanate components according to the target mix ratio (continuously adjustable from 1:1 to 1:4). Select the appropriate formulation for high-resilience or slow-resilience foam requirements.
Tank Loading & Temperature/Pressure Setting
Load polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B. The 1A1B double tank system with independent pressure and temperature control ensures stable material conditioning for long-hour continuous operation.
High-Flow Mixing & Pouring
The PLC-controlled metering system (accuracy ≤±1.0% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head speed is adjustable within 0–8600 r/min (common operating range: 3000–5000 r/min) for optimal soft foam cell structure. The high-flow pouring rate (500–5000 g/s) ensures rapid and full filling of large mattress molds.
Foaming & Curing
The mixed soft foam material is poured into mattress molds. The special mixing process for soft foam produces uniform cells and stable resilience, ensuring mattress comfort and durability.
