This PU foaming machine is purpose-built for the thermal insulation layer foaming of LCD cold chain display cabinets, commercial refrigeration equipment, and low-temperature refrigeration appliances. The 1A1B standard double-tank configuration with independent temperature control and circulation stirring is suitable for low-density thermal insulation polyurethane raw materials. The precision low-pressure mixing system ensures uniform and stable foaming, producing delicate and dense foam holes with high closed cell rate, effectively improving the thermal insulation performance of refrigeration equipment. Special cold chain ratio control perfectly matches the foaming process requirements of refrigeration appliances. With simple structure, easy operation, low failure rate, moderate energy consumption and convenient maintenance, the machine is ideally suited for long-term mass production and meets the large-scale production needs of the refrigeration industry.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate according to the target mix ratio (100:95~110). Ensure both components are properly conditioned and free from contamination.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load polyether polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system maintains both tanks at 25–45°C. Activate circulation stirring for uniform material temperature and consistency.
Low-Pressure Precision Mixing
The PLC-controlled dosing system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full dynamic range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates under 120–180 bar pressure, achieving uniform and stable foaming with delicate and dense foam holes.
Foaming & Molding
Inject the mixed material into the LCD display cabinet or refrigeration appliance mold. The foam layer forms uniformly with high closed cell rate, effectively improving thermal insulation performance.
