Raw Material Preparation

Tank Loading & Temperature Setting

Load polyether polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system maintains both tanks at 25–45°C. Activate circulation stirring for uniform material temperature and consistency.

Low-Pressure Precision Mixing

The PLC-controlled dosing system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full dynamic range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates under 120–180 bar pressure, achieving uniform and stable foaming with delicate and dense foam holes.

Foaming & Molding
