Lightweight high-strength composite solution for prefabricated building components

Product Overview

Suitable for the production of prefabricated exterior wall components, architectural decorative parts, and large-scale lightweight structural parts.

This RIM composite PU machine is purpose-built for the production of prefabricated building components, including exterior wall panels, architectural decorative parts, and large-scale lightweight structural elements. The system supports fiber-reinforced structural polyurethane formulations, delivering finished products with light weight, high strength, weather resistance, anti-aging properties, and dimensional stability—meeting the stringent requirements of modern prefabricated construction. The 1A1B two-component system with independent temperature control and circulation stirring ensures consistent material quality. The large-flow stable discharge capability (100–2000 g/s) supports the overall pouring molding of large-shaped building components. High-precision metering closed-loop control with ≤±0.3% accuracy ensures minimal deformation and superior dimensional uniformity. The intelligent one-key switching of multiple formulas flexibly adapts to batch production of various types of building composite components, supporting both mass production and customized processing. The finished products meet building standards for compression resistance and weather resistance.

Operation Workflow

Fiber-Reinforced Raw Material Preparation

Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate according to the target mix ratio (100:90~110). Select appropriate fiber-reinforced formulation and ensure proper conditioning for optimal composite properties.

Tank Loading & Temperature/Pressure Setting

Load polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system maintains 25–45°C with circulation stirring. Set mixing pressure to 150–200 bar for high-pressure homogenization.

High-Pressure Homogenization & Large-Flow Dispensing

The PLC-controlled dosing system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full dynamic range) dispenses materials precisely. High-pressure mixing ensures homogeneous fiber dispersion. The large-flow pouring rate (100–2000 g/s) enables overall pouring molding of large-shaped building components.

Mold Filling, Venting & Curing

Inject the composite material into the component mold. The mold negative pressure venting system removes trapped air, while high-pressure homogenization ensures complete fiber wet-out. Finished products feature light weight, high strength, weather resistance and dimensional stability.
