This high-flow PU foamer is purpose-built for large-scale production of insulation-filled polyurethane products, supporting continuous panel production lines. The system features ultra-high flow dynamic injection design with precise time control, increasing production efficiency by more than 50% compared with traditional low-pressure equipment and greatly shortening the molding cycle. The high-pressure self-cleaning gun head automatically cleans with high pressure after production, requiring no chemical cleaning agents, saving consumable costs and reducing downtime for maintenance. The PLC control system accurately controls injection time, material ratio and temperature, with fault self-check function, reducing manual errors. The excellent temperature control system features three-layer jacketed stainless steel tanks plus full-process heating pipelines, maintaining temperature deviation ≤±1℃ to ensure fine cells and stable product performance. Temperature & Parameter Setting

Set the temperature control system to the target temperature. The full-process heating pipelines and precision temperature control ensure deviation ≤±1℃ for fine cell structure. Configure PLC parameters for injection time, material ratio and output.

High-Flow Injection & Continuous Panel Production
