Specially designed for polyurethane rigid foam insulation of cold storage, cold chain warehouses, cold storage boards and refrigerated carriages.
This low-pressure PU foam machine is purpose-built for polyurethane rigid foam insulation of cold storage facilities, cold chain warehouses, cold storage boards, and refrigerated carriages. The 2A2B four-tank multi-formula system is perfectly suited for complex cold storage rigid foam formulations, ensuring stable material supply without cross-contamination and enabling seamless switching between different formulations. The ultra-high flow wide-range pouring capability (300–6000 g/s) is ideal for cold storage boards and large boxes, delivering full molding without defects and effectively improving insulation quality. Special high-speed mixing (10,000–15,000 r/min) combined with precise temperature control (20–60°C) for rigid foam produces high closed cell rate and low thermal conductivity, ensuring long-term stable insulation performance. The solvent-free eco-friendly cleaning system with stable and reliable operation meets long-hour continuous production needs. The machine meets large-size and high-thickness filling requirements, stably guaranteeing high thermal insulation, flame retardancy, and low thermal conductivity for large-scale cold chain production.
Operation Workflow
Multi-Formula Raw Material Preparation
Prepare polyol and isocyanate components for up to four different formulations. The 2A2B four-tank system enables flexible switching between formulations without cross-contamination.
Tank Loading & Precise Temperature Setting
Load materials into the 2A2B four-tank system. Set precise temperature control within 20–60°C for each tank to ensure optimal material conditioning for rigid foam formulations.
High-Speed Mixing & Ultra-High Flow Pouring
The PLC-controlled metering system (accuracy ≤±1.0% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 10,000–15,000 r/min for high-speed rigid foam blending. The ultra-high flow pouring rate (300–6000 g/s) ensures full filling of large cold storage boards and boxes.
Foaming, Curing & Quality Inspection
The mixed rigid foam is injected into cold storage board or box molds. High-speed mixing combined with precise temperature control ensures high closed cell rate and low thermal conductivity for long-term stable insulation performance.
