This general foam PU pouring machine is purpose-built for flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid foam production across multiple industries. The 2A2B main tanks plus functional additive tank enable quick switching of flame retardant, antistatic, and other functional formulas, greatly expanding application scenarios. The wide-flow precise pouring design (100–2500 g/s) is perfectly suited for large mold production, effectively improving product qualification rate and production stability. The multi-formula flexible compatible system allows foam switching without core parts replacement, with one‑key operation that improves line efficiency. Dual guarantee of precise temperature control and dynamic metering supports long‑hour continuous operation, stably meeting mass order delivery requirements. Operation Workflow
Raw Material & Additive Preparation
Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate (TDI/MDI) according to the target mix ratio (100:80–110). Load functional additives (flame retardant, antistatic, etc.) into the dedicated additive tank.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load polyol into Tanks A1/A2 and isocyanate into Tanks B1/B2. Set Tank A temperature to 25–50°C and Tank B to 20–40°C for optimal foam formulation.
Precision Metering, Mixing & Pouring
The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 4000–8000 r/min under foaming pressure of 0.8–2.0 MPa. The pouring rate range is 100–2500 g/s for different mold sizes.
Foam Molding & Curing
The mixed material is poured into molds for foam formation. The multi-formula flexible compatible system supports flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid foam switching without core parts replacement.
