Operation Workflow

Raw Material & Additive Preparation

Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate (TDI/MDI) according to the target mix ratio (100:80–110). Load functional additives (flame retardant, antistatic, etc.) into the dedicated additive tank.

Tank Loading & Temperature Setting

Load polyol into Tanks A1/A2 and isocyanate into Tanks B1/B2. Set Tank A temperature to 25–50°C and Tank B to 20–40°C for optimal foam formulation.

Precision Metering, Mixing & Pouring

The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 4000–8000 r/min under foaming pressure of 0.8–2.0 MPa. The pouring rate range is 100–2500 g/s for different mold sizes.

Foam Molding & Curing

The mixed material is poured into molds for foam formation. The multi-formula flexible compatible system supports flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid foam switching without core parts replacement.
