Specially designed for the precision production of silicon wafer conveying guide rollers in the photovoltaic industry.
This PU elastomer casting machine is purpose-built for manufacturing guide rollers used in photovoltaic module production lines and silicon wafer cutting and conveying equipment. The 2A2B two-component system with an integrated color paste tank supports both MOCA and BDO chain extender processes, with the BDO high-resilience formula delivering smooth and delicate product surfaces that prevent scratches on silicon wafers and precision photovoltaic components. Dynamic ultra-high precision metering ensures precise molding size and stable operation without shaking, suitable for high-speed conveying in photovoltaic production lines. Vacuum defoaming (≤-0.095MPa) guarantees dense, pore-free products with high cleanliness, perfectly meeting the dust-free production requirements of photovoltaic workshops. The system also supports flexible color matching to meet standardized appearance requirements for photovoltaic equipment accessories.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material & Color Paste Preparation
Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target ratio. Select the required color paste and load it into the dedicated color paste tank.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. Set Tank A temperature to 30–80°C, and Tank B temperature based on the selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).
Vacuum Defoaming
Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles from all components to ensure dense, pore-free final products.
Precision Metering, Mixing & Casting
The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 8000–12000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The pouring rate is adjustable within 30–600 g/s to accommodate different roller specifications.
