Operation Workflow

Raw Material & Color Paste Preparation

Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target ratio. Select the required color paste and load it into the dedicated color paste tank.

Tank Loading & Temperature Setting

Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. Set Tank A temperature to 30–80°C, and Tank B temperature based on the selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).

Vacuum Defoaming

Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles from all components to ensure dense, pore-free final products.

Precision Metering, Mixing & Casting

The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 8000–12000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The pouring rate is adjustable within 30–600 g/s to accommodate different roller specifications.
