Product Overview
Specially designed for the production of polyurethane rollers for extrusion industry, widely suitable for extrusion molding equipment such as plastic, rubber and metal plates.
This PU casting machine is purpose-built for manufacturing polyurethane rollers used in extrusion production lines. The 2A2B two-component system includes a dedicated wear-resistant additive tank, compatible with reinforcing fillers to produce rubber layers that are wear-resistant, tear-resistant, and stable under pressure without deformation after long-term extrusion. The system supports flexible switching between MOCA and BDO chain extenders, allowing adjustment of hardness and resilience to suit different material extrusion conditions. Dynamic precise metering and temperature control ensure uniform rubber layer hardness, minimal compression set, and stable operation, guaranteeing the dimensional accuracy of extruded products while avoiding scratches and deformation. With strong adhesion between the rubber layer and the roller core, the machine delivers stable and reliable operation for long-term continuous production, extending roller service life and adapting to high-load continuous operation across various extrusion production lines.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material & Additive Preparation
Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio. Select appropriate wear-resistant additives and reinforcing fillers, and load into the dedicated additive tank.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. Set Tank A temperature to 30–80°C, and Tank B temperature based on the selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).
Vacuum Defoaming
Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles from all components to ensure dense, pore-free rubber layers with consistent mechanical properties.
Precision Metering, Mixing & Casting
The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 7000–11000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The pouring rate is adjustable within 60–1100 g/s to accommodate different roller specifications.
