Product Overview
Specially designed for large-scale production of polyurethane rollers in the dyeing industry, widely suitable for key dyeing processes such as pad dyeing, printing and mercerizing.
This PU elastomer casting machine is purpose-built for the large-scale production of polyurethane rollers used in the dyeing industry, including pad dyeing rollers, printing rollers, and mercerizing rollers. The 2A2B two-component system includes a dedicated anti-corrosion additive tank, producing rubber layers that are acid, alkali and dye resistant, suitable for stable production in harsh dyeing conditions with high temperature and humidity. High-flow stable pouring (80–1200 g/s) is ideal for large-size dyeing roller molds, ensuring full filling and strong adhesion to prolong roller service life. The system supports flexible switching between MOCA and BDO chain extenders, allowing process adjustment according to roller types to balance corrosion resistance and elasticity. With stable continuous operation, the machine delivers smooth roller surfaces without cloth sticking, effectively improving dyeing production efficiency. The machine meets the production needs of high elasticity, wear resistance and uniform liquid transfer, improving the color uniformity of dyed products.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material & Additive Preparation
Prepare CPU prepolymer and chain extender (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio (MOCA: 100:10~13; BDO: 100:4~6). Select anti-corrosion additives and load into the dedicated additive tank.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load prepolymer into Tank A and chain extender into Tank B. Set Tank A temperature to 30–80°C, and Tank B temperature based on selected formula (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).
Vacuum Defoaming
Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles to ensure dense, void-free rubber layers with consistent mechanical properties.
High-Flow Metering, Mixing & Casting
The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 6000–10000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The high-flow pouring rate (80–1200 g/s) ensures full filling of large-size dyeing roller molds.
