This PU spraying machine is purpose-built for cold insulation spraying construction in low-temperature cold storage, cold chain logistics warehouses, food cold storage, pharmaceutical cold chain warehouses, freezing workshops, and industrial low-temperature storage facilities. The hydraulic-driven system delivers a maximum flow of 10kg/min at 110bar and 5kg/min at 160bar, with a maximum pressure of 160bar to handle demanding spraying tasks. The precise temperature control heating system enables normal construction in low-temperature environments, ensuring the coating does not hollow or crack. The equipment supports up to 93m long-distance hose delivery, significantly improving construction convenience inside large cold storage facilities. The insulation layer features high closed cell rate and low thermal conductivity, delivering stable and outstanding cold insulation and energy-saving effects. Integral seamless spraying provides good sealing and cold insulation performance, effectively reducing cold loss. The machine is designed with a 2-tank configuration, operates on 3PE~400V 50/60Hz power supply, and has a compact weight of 190kg (without oil) for easy mobility on construction sites.
Operation Workflow
Equipment Setup & Material Preparation
Position the spraying machine at the construction site. Connect the 93m insulated hose and ensure the 2-tank system is loaded with polyurethane raw materials. Connect to 3PE~400V 50/60Hz power supply.
Temperature Control System Activation
Activate the 6kW heater and set the precise temperature control system. The heating system enables normal construction in low-temperature environments, preventing coating hollowing and cracking.
Pressure & Flow Parameter Setting
Adjust the hydraulic drive system to the required spraying parameters. The system supports maximum flow of 10kg/min at 110bar and 5kg/min at 160bar, with maximum pressure up to 160bar for different application needs.
Seamless Spraying Construction
Perform integral seamless spraying on cold storage walls, ceilings and floors. The high closed cell rate insulation layer provides low thermal conductivity and outstanding cold insulation performance. Long hose delivery enables convenient construction inside large cold storage facilities.
