The 2A2B two-component system with independent temperature control and circulation stirring ensures consistent material quality for rigid foam insulation. Large-flow pouring design (300–2000 g/s) is suitable for rapid foaming construction of large-area insulation layers in cold rooms. High-pressure mixing molding at 10–18 MPa produces a uniform rigid foam structure, delivering dual compliance of thermal insulation and load-bearing performance. Accurate two-component metering with ≤±0.3% dosing accuracy ensures high raw material utilization rate, reducing engineering construction cost. Raw Material Preparation

Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate according to the target mix ratio (100:100~130). Select the appropriate rigid foam formulation for cold storage insulation requirements.

Tank Loading & Temperature Setting

Load polyol into Tanks A1/A2 and isocyanate into Tanks B1/B2. The 2A2B independent temperature control system maintains 20–45°C with circulation stirring for uniform material consistency.

High-Pressure Precise Metering & Mixing

The PLC-controlled dosing system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full dynamic range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 8000–14000 r/min under 10–18 MPa pressure for high-pressure homogeneous blending.

Large-Flow Pouring & Insulation Layer Foaming

The mixed material is poured onto cold room panels or directly into cold storage wall molds. The large-flow rate (300–2000 g/s) supports rapid foaming construction of large-area insulation layers.
