Raw Material Preparation

Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate according to the target mix ratio (100:45~60). Select the appropriate high-resilience soft foam formulation for seat cushion requirements.

Tank Loading & Temperature Setting

Load polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system maintains 20–45°C with circulation stirring for uniform material consistency.

High-Pressure Precise Metering & Mixing

The PLC-controlled dosing system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full dynamic range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 7000–12000 r/min under 10–18 MPa pressure for homogeneous blending.

High-Resilience Foaming & Molding

Inject the mixed material into the seat cushion mold. The high-resilience flexible foam formulation produces comfortable seating with excellent resilience and no collapse, meeting automotive interior standards.
