This high-pressure PU machine is purpose-built for high-resilience interior foaming production of car seats, cushions, headrests, and pillows. The 1A1B two-component system with independent temperature control and circulation stirring ensures consistent material quality. Accurate ratio of high-resilience flexible foam delivers comfortable seat feeling with excellent resilience and no collapse over time. Precision metering molding with ≤±0.3% dosing accuracy produces defect-free and burr-free products, in line with automotive interior standards. Solvent-free environmental cleaning supports clean production, making the machine suitable for auto parts dust-free workshops. With stable operation, the equipment is ideal for mass and efficient production of automotive interiors. The system meets the core needs of comfortable resilience, no collapse, environmental protection, no odor and beautiful molding for standardized automotive parts production lines.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare polyether polyol and isocyanate according to the target mix ratio (100:45~60). Select the appropriate high-resilience soft foam formulation for seat cushion requirements.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load polyol into Tank A and isocyanate into Tank B. The 1A1B independent temperature control system maintains 20–45°C with circulation stirring for uniform material consistency.
High-Pressure Precise Metering & Mixing
The PLC-controlled dosing system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full dynamic range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 7000–12000 r/min under 10–18 MPa pressure for homogeneous blending.
High-Resilience Foaming & Molding
Inject the mixed material into the seat cushion mold. The high-resilience flexible foam formulation produces comfortable seating with excellent resilience and no collapse, meeting automotive interior standards.
