Product Overview
Specially designed for polyurethane elastomer pouring in bridge engineering, widely suitable for bridge bearing cushion, bridge deck crack repair, expansion joint sealing, pier anti-collision layer pouring.
This PU elastomer casting machine is purpose-built for bridge engineering applications. The 2A2B two-component system includes a dedicated anti-corrosion additive tank, providing long-term resistance to rain and acid-base erosion for humid and harsh outdoor bridge conditions. The large-flow and wide-pressure pouring capability (150–2000 g/s, 1.0–3.0 MPa) is ideal for large-area construction and thick-layer filling, ensuring full and dense forming to meet high-load bearing requirements. The system supports flexible switching between MOCA and BDO dual curing agents, allowing adaptation to different construction scenarios such as bearing high load and bridge deck quick repair. The machine is suitable for high-altitude mobile operation, with precise temperature control, efficient cleaning, and firm bonding with concrete and steel substrates. It effectively protects bridge structures, prolongs service life, and meets bridge high-altitude and outdoor batch construction needs. The equipment holds Highway Engineering Certification and Bridge Related Product Certification in addition to CE and ISO9001.
Operation Workflow
Raw Material & Additive Preparation
Prepare polyurethane prepolymer and curing agent (MOCA or BDO) according to the target mix ratio (MOCA: 100:10~14; BDO: 100:4~7). Select anti-corrosion additives and load into the dedicated additive tank.
Tank Loading & Temperature Setting
Load prepolymer into Tank A and curing agent into Tank B. Set Tank A temperature to 30–80°C, and Tank B temperature based on selected curing agent (MOCA: 90–115°C; BDO: 25–50°C).
Vacuum Defoaming
Activate the vacuum defoaming system to achieve vacuum level ≤-0.095MPa, removing bubbles to ensure dense, void-free elastomer with consistent mechanical properties.
Large-Flow, Wide-Pressure Metering, Mixing & Pouring
The PLC-controlled dynamic metering system (accuracy ≤±0.3% full range) dispenses materials precisely. The mixing head operates at 6000–10000 r/min for homogeneous blending. The pouring rate (150–2000 g/s) and pouring pressure (1.0–3.0 MPa) are adjustable for large-area construction and thick-layer filling.
